Step 1

1. Download either (1) TeamViewer for Microsoft Windows or (2) TeamViewer for Apple macOS.
2. If prompted, click Run or Save
3. If you chose Run, proceed to step 2 below
4. If you chose Save, open your Downloads folder and find the file TeamViewer_Setup.exe
• To open your Downloads folder, hold down the ⊞ Windows-Key and press R
• In the Run box type shell:downloads and click OK
• 
5. Double-click the file TeamViewer_Setup.exe

Step 2

1. Select Run only (one time use), then click Accept - run
2. 
3. Your browser will open showing the TeamViewer website, minimize your browser
4. 
5. You will now see the TeamViewer window
